Geely beat Tesla with the launch of its low-cost Geometry E compact crossover, which has a range 400 km. Now the Chinese company is ready to debut an electric pickup truck.
It is not clear when the serial Cybertruck will be available. Tesla says 2023, although the car has been delayed numerous times. Geely is faster in this regard. On July 12, the company will unveil its electric pickup truck, which will be sold under the Radar brand. Although the brand was only registered in April this year, Geely has sufficient experience to quickly get a car on the conveyor.
There are no details yet, but there are teasers. The first Radar will have two rows of doors (a full-sized cabin) and a standard cargo platform. The car is not very practical and offers many comfort options inside. There are no arches made of unpainted plastic, or similar moldings.
