Assassin’s Creed Fan Makes Stunning Mosaic Art Of Deimos
After bringing the franchise to the foundation of the AssassinsAssassin’s Creed OriginsUbisoft took the long-running series back in time by bringing it with them. Assassin’s Creed Odyssey. This title took players to Ancient Greece during WWII and added mythology. One player chose a unique art form from this period to pay homage to it—Assassin’s Creed Odyssey.
The 11th major installment of the franchise, Assassin’s Creed: Odyssey, was released in 2018. Players can choose between Kassandra and Alexios, with the unchosen one known as Deimos. The art form of mosaics dates back to Ancient Mesopotamia. They were widely used in Ancient Greece as well as Ancient Rome.
Reddit user dakotadeadeye shared his impressive mosaic of Deimos with the Assassin’s Creed community. The artwork captures perfectly the appearance of Alexios (the actual name of Deimos in Assassin’s Creed Odyssey if Kassandra wins). They managed to capture the look of Alexios, from his gold armor to his distinctive hairstyle, perfectly matching it with the in-game design.
